CO2 FILLING MACHINES

The stationary CO2-filling station “AZCO2-STREAM-DUO” is for the filling of CO2-cartridges of soda machines. Filling is effected by liquid pump up to 80 bar. The filling speed can be adjusted by a potentiometre. Disconnection of the filling process takes place automatically on reaching the
preset pressure at the filling pressure gauge. The right and left side of the station can be operated separately. Changing of the cartridge type can be made by easy and uncomplicate
changing of the adaptor. Loading and removal of cartridges is made manually. After pushing the start buttons (two hand operation) filling takes place fully automatical. The complete process is controlled by “Siemens SPS” control system. During filling process the working area is protected against manual interventions by a sliding door.

 

FOAM FILLING UNITS

Foam Filling Station for filling of foam extinguishers from 1 to 12 liters. Exact filling according to EN-3 standard. The station is suitable for foam extinguishers which are filled with water and foam concentrate. To avoid the foaming inside the filled extinguisher, the filling takes part from the bottom up. The filling capacity depends on the size of the extinguisher and the quality of the foam concentrate. For example the complete filling of a 6 liter foam extinguisher with water and foam concentrate takes on average approximately 30 seconds.

The mobile service station model MSS-P is the perfect benefit for
every fire extinguishers service workshop. It combines all
necessary machines with the space of an euro-pallet (1200 x 800 mm).
With support of a forklifter the MSS-P can be load and reload very
